    How does delivery work?

    Your flowers travel by tracked Royal Mail — allow up to 48 hours. Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next working day. For a special occasion, choose delivery the day before.

    What is in the bouquet?

    A generous mixed seasonal bouquet, a new design every delivery, hand-tied by our florists and wrapped for the post.

    What if I am not happy?

    If you are not 100% satisfied, contact the team and we will send a replacement bouquet to arrive as soon as possible — no questions asked.

    Can I pause, skip or cancel?

    Pause or skip any delivery in your online account, any time. To cancel, give us 7 days notice from your account or by email.

    Will the flowers match the picture?

    Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability; when a stem is short we substitute a similar one of equal or higher value.

    Ready when you are

    Fresh flowers on your doorstep, as often as you like. The first delivery is the hardest to wait for.
