- We reprice our bouquets daily, based on each stems cost from the Dutch Flower Auctions, using our unique pricing technology.
- We design our bouquets using the same fixed margin on every stem. No bouquet is marked up more than another.
- When some flower prices move up too much in price due to supply and demand - we have a price cap. That way when they cost us more, we take less rather than charge you the extra. Flower prices can move up a lot when demand is high especially for Valentine's Day, Christmas and Mothers Day.
- Prices move a little from day to day, up or down. You always pay the real price.

- The score is the share of every order we have ever sent that never drew a review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes: (181,550 orders − 509 such reviews) ÷ 181,550 = 99.7%.
- The orders are every order this shop has ever taken — the running invoice number stamped on every order, read live — so the figure moves the moment another bouquet is sold.
- The reviews are the 0 one- and two-Flourish reviews counted on Trustpilot up to March 2026, plus every review of 1 Flourish or 2 Flourishes left here since (509 so far). Every review is published, good or bad.

- Late or non-delivery — 98.5% of orders arrive on the day chosen; please allow up to 48 hours from despatch. If the carrier loses or fails the delivery, we send a replacement.
- Not as pictured — Our photographs show the flowers in full bloom; we send them in bud so they last. Flowers are a living crop, so our terms reserve the right to substitute a variety or a colour with one of similar style and equal or greater value when the auction leaves us short, and we try to contact you first. If what arrives is not what you ordered, tell us within three days of delivery with a photo and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund.
- Poor quality or dying on arrival — Send us a photo within three days of delivery, as our terms ask, and we put it right, at our choice by a replacement or a refund. A few outer petals marked in transit are normal on flowers cut to order.
- No response — Every email is answered by a person: an occasion complaint within 4 hours, everything else within 24.
- A substitution without notice (about 1 order in 18,000; 10 of the 509) — When a flower is unavailable we substitute like for like and tell you before despatch where we can; tell us of any allergy on the order and we never substitute against it. A substitution that spoils the bouquet is put right.
- A missing card, message or extra — We send the missing item, or refund its value, the same day we hear.
- When we do not replace: the 48 hours from despatch had not passed when the complaint was made; the address given to us was wrong or incomplete.

I have arranged a 6 month delivery for next year, so as yet cannot review the Bouquet itself. However the service I received when arranging the order was great.
I bought the smaller bouquet and they were nice. It would have been great to have an idea on how small it was, I would have spent more money on a larger bouquet otherwise.

I was hoping to learn more about plants
I was hoping to learn a bit more about plants and how to look after them but the information you receive with the plant is very limited and sometimes no feeding recommendations at all or where the plant likes to live ie sunlight etc.
I don't know yet. I haven't received any contact about when my monthly description will be delivered or when I can expect it.
Ok but not brilliant....
No complaints about the efficiency of the delivery of the flowers which to date have all been delivered on time. Also the variety of blooms have also to date been very good. One drawback though is that despite following instructions to keep the flowers fresh typically after only a few days the flowers look really tired and past their best.
Sadly the order, for my wife’s birthday, failed to arrive on the correct date.
The end result is that she didn’t get her birthday surprise, and I was left feeling very disappointed.
I requested a refund but this was not forthcoming.
The flowers themselves were ok, and lasted a few days in a vase.
I’d recommend using a local florist rather than ordering flowers by post.
No ability to send a card with the order. Emailed florist to include my message but flowers arrived with a blank card. Bit of a joke really as they never got back to me. Wouldn’t use them again as zero customer service.
Delivery was great and the flowers looked beautiful for 2 days before turning up their toes and dying! Certainly expected them to last longer and disappointed as they were an anniversary gift!
Bought these for my girlfriends birthday. A week later and they’ve basically had it. Expected more from them.

Disappointed as flowers are dying
It wasn’t as good as it looked on the website and due to their error I was given “£10 extra value in the bouquet” it still wasn’t as nice as the picture online.
Arrived late with mouldy roses
Very disappointed. Bought these solely because I wanted sunflowers to place on my husband’s memorial. He loved sunflowers. There were no sunflowers in the arrangement. Just yellow and cream flowers. The title says sunflowers and so you would expect this to be in the bouquet.

Broken pot on arrival
I bought the plant subscription a gift and they have been very well received. However this week’s delivery arrived with a broken ceramic pot. The pot was broken into pieces and I had to take the plant itself out of the pot.
NO flowers!
Flowers did not arrive. I understand these are difficult times - so followed up by phone and by email and was assured this would be sorted and I was happy with that. But nothing has happened since then, which has been disappointing: 16 days on and no flowers.
POSTSCRIPT: After further complaint, flowers were dispatched with apologies and arrived safely - at the same time as the original (dead) flowers. Satisfactory ending - but hard work to get there!
