    OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

    ONE OFF DELIVERIES: We will process your order in time for your consignment to be delivered on the requested delivery date. Flourish operate a “Next Day” delivery service using Royal Mail.

    Orders which are placed during the weekend (after 17.00hrs on Fridays and before 09.00hrs on Mondays) will not be sent for delivery until the next working day. Orders placed during Public Holidays will not be sent for delivery until the next working day.

    There are no Royal Mail collections from our organisation on Saturdays or Sundays.

    PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR DELIVERY.

    SUBSCRIPTIONS: The first order of your Subscription will be delivered on the date you have selected (between Tuesday & Saturday). Subsequent deliveries will be sent out as follows:

    WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: We will send your first delivery out for the date requested and then dovetail your order into our Weekly schedule. Your subscription will renew on Mondays and be delivered between Tuesdays and Fridays.

    FORTNIGHTLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: We will send your first delivery out for the date requested and then dovetail your order into our Fortnightly schedule. Your subscription will renew every other Monday for delivery that week between Tuesdays & Fridays.

    MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: We will send your first delivery out for the date requested and then dovetail your order into our Monthly. schedule. Your subscription will be set to renew on either the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of the month depending on when your first delivery was requested and then your flowers will be delivered that week between Tuesdays & Fridays.

    CHRISTMAS: We will deliver up until the day before Christmas Eve and recommence deliveries on the first working Wednesday of the New Year.

    DISCOUNT OFFER CODES

    Flourish use “Recurring Offer Codes”. Once your coupon has expired, the “Recurring Total” for your subscription will be automatically updated to its pre-discount “Recurring Value”. WEEKLY SUBSCRIBERS: Code FIRST4 entitles you to 50% off your first 4 deliveries. FORTNIGHTLY SUBSCRIBERS: Codes FIRST4 or FORT entitles you to 50% off your first 2 deliveries. MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS: Codes FIRST4 or MONTH entitles you to 50% off the first of your deliveries.

    If this agreement is intended to cover more than a single transaction, for customers who commit to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly in arrears via our “Business Account” payment facility, this agreement shall continue on a periodic basis and can be terminated by either party serving on the other six months notice in writing.

    Notice Period for Credit / Debit Card & Pay Pal Customers (See Terms & Conditions) Subscribers who pay Monthly – One months notice. Subscribers who pay Fortnightly – Two weeks notice. Subscribers who pay Weekly – Seven days notice.
